INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
ASBM students can opt for international internship programme at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), USA for which a Memorandum of Understanding has been exchanged between ASBM and CSUSB. This programme of 8 weeks for selected students includes course work, industry visits and/or excursion visits. On successful completion of the programme, the certificate of participation will be provided by the Global Management Centre of CSUSB to all the visiting students who will successfully pass the course. The existing fee of the institute does not include this programme. The expenses towards this will be borne separately by the student.
BBA ADMISSION PROCEDURE

A) Application Forms and Prospectus shall be available from the Corporate Office on payment of Rs.300/- in cash or by means of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque drawn on any commercial bank at Bhubaneswar, favoring ASBM. Application forms van also be downloaded from the institute’s website (www.asbmbba.ac.in).

B) Students securing minimum 50 % marks in Higher Secondary Certificate / Class XII/ Equivalent Examination of any approved Board / Authority are eligible to apply. Students appearing in the qualifying examination can also apply for provisional registration.

C) The application forms duly filled in by the students in their hand writing should reach the Corporate Office by the stipulated date.

D) Selection will be made on the basis of academic career and Group Discussion & Personal Interview to be conducted by the Institute.

E) In case an applicant has passed the qualifying examination(s) compartmentally, the average of marks secured in both the examinations shall be taken into consideration to determine the aggregate.

F) Selection / Admission of an applicant shall be invalidated in case of suppression of fact, submission of incorrect information, forging of documents etc., if detected before, during or after the selection / admission. Such cases shall also be reported to the police for appropriate action.

G) The Selected applicants will have to deposit the registration and / or other fees by the stipulated date(s) failing which there selection / admission will stand forfeited. In case a student has paid the registration charge in time but delays payment of the other fees / installment beyond the stipulated date, the registration fees so paid will stand forfeited and the students will have no claim for admission.

+2 COMMERCE ADMISSION PROCEDURE
 


A) Application Forms and Prospectus shall be available from the Corporate Office on payment of Rs. 300/- in cash or by means of Demand Draft / Banker's Cheque drawn on any commercial bank at Bhubaneswar, favouring ASBM Junior College. Application forms can also be downloaded from the institute's website (www.asbmjunior.ac.in).

B) Students securing the qualifying marks in the high school certificate / class X / equivalent Examination can also apply for provisional registration.

C) The application forms duly filled in by the students in their hand writing should reach the Corporate Office by the stipulated date i.e. two weeks(fourteen days) from the date of publication of results of the qualifying examination (excluding the date of publication) or the date to be fixed up by the Government.

D) Selection of candidates is made strictly on the basis of merit best on total marks secured at the HSC / Equivalent Examination taking 750 as full marks with conversion where necessary.

E) In case an applicant has passed the qualifying examination(s) compartmentally, the average of marks secured in both the examinations shall be taken into consideration to determine the aggregate.

F) In case applicants secure equal marks in the qualifying examination (s), marks secured in English and Mathematics shall be taken into account to prepare the merit list.

G)Selection / Admission of an applicant shall be invalidated in case of suppression of fact, submission of incorrect information, forging of documents etc., if detected before, during or after the selection / admission. Such cases shall also be reported to the police for appropriate action.

H)Selected applicants will have to deposit the registration and / or other fees by the stipulated date(s) failing which there selection / admission will stand forfeited. In case a student has paid the registration charge in time but delays payment of the other fees / instalment beyond the stipulated date, the registration fees so paid will stand forfeited and the students will have no claim for admission.

I) A student may be allowed to change his / her 4th Elective subject (s) within one month from the last date of admission on payment of Rs.100/- per subject.
